Major Accident In Bedford

Northbound lanes of the Everett Turnpike  are closed this afternoon at the Bedford tolls after a serious crash.

One vehicle was reportedly on fire, and traffic was being diverted off the highway

New Hampshire State Police and the Bedford Fire Department  are at the scene as of noontime today.

Motorists are being asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
