Man Accused of Abusing Child in Concord

A Massachusetts man was arrested on charges that he abused the six-year-old child of his girlfriend, a Concord resident, on February 28.

Yadiel Ortega Montero, 22, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, is facing a felony charge of second-degree assault that accused him of causing bodily injury to a victim under 13 and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
