Man Accused of Hiding, Taking Lewd Video Awaits Verdict
Closing arguments were heard Monday in the stalking case of Maurico Damian Guerrero, accused of breaking into and hiding in a Somersworth woman’s attic, stalking her and taking indecent video of her while she was asleep.
Guerrero, 21, is charged with four felony counts of burglary, and two misdemeanor charges of violating the victim’s privacy.
The two met on OnlyFans, a content subscription service where creators can earn money from users – the ‘fans’ – who pay a monthly membership fee to access their exclusive content.
Guerrero told the court he thought he was in a relationship with the woman and she wanted him to play stalking and rape games, after texting with her since October.
They had sexual intercourse at one point prior to him allegedly sneaking into her home during what he said he believed was a relationship.
