Man Convicted of Fatally Shooting Manchester Man Hit with Potential Life Sentence
A man convicted of fatally shooting another man outside a Manchester bar last year will spend more than a quarter century behind bars.
Court officials say a judge sentenced 23-year-old John Delee to at least 27 years in prison after he fatally shot 24-year-old Timothy Pouliot in late January 2023 outside The Goat Bar and Grill.
Delee’s attorneys reportedly argued that their client had acted in self-defense.
Jury members apparently weren’t buying it, and convicted Delee of killing Pouliot, prompting the judge to sentence Delee to 27 years to life.
