Man Gets Sentence in Tainted Ice Cream Case
A man accused of mixing THC into ice cream at his Newmarket shop was sentenced yesterday to probation and community service.
A federal judge sentenced 45-year-old Marc Flore to two years of probation and 20 hours of community service.
He also has to pay an $11,000 fine.
