Man Held Without Bond in Deadly Walmart Assault

The man charged in the murder of a man outside a Dover Walmart is being held without bond. 52-two-year-old Brian Roberge appeared in Strafford County Superior Court for a video arraignment.

Witnesses told police that Roberge repeatedly hit 79-year-old Jan Van Tassel in the face.

If found guilty, Roberge is facing life in prison.
