Man Who Posted Threat Toward Portsmouth School Due in Court

The man who posted a threat towards Portsmouth High School is scheduled to be back in court Tuesday.

Kyle Hendrickson was seen in a Snapchat video last year sitting in a car with a gun with a message saying he was going to shoot up the school.

That footage was eventually traced back to Hendrickson and he was taken into custody.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office is asking the judge to sentence Hendrickson to up to four years behind bars.
