Manchester Cop Faces Charges

A 28-year-old Manchester police officer turned himself in Tuesday on multiple charges of domestic violence.

Charges against Michael MacNeilly include simple assault, criminal mischief and obstructing the report of a crime or injury.

He’s free on personal recognizance bail pending an appearance in 9th Circuit Court in Manchester.
