Manchester Man Arrested for Shooting Gun in Air

A Manchester man is scheduled to be arraigned Monday after firing a gun in the air.

Police say a ‘Shot Spotter’ alert went out late Friday night after Setarbosnai Rivas had fired several shots in the air following an argument.

No injuries were reported, and police say they recovered several firearms.

Rivas is being charged with criminal threatening and reckless conduct.
