Manchester Man Faces Federal Drug Charges
Forty-four-year-old Jerry Summers of Manchester is charged with operating a counterfeit pill pressing scheme.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said he faces charges including one count of manufacturing a controlled substance containing fentanyl and methamphetamine.
As the result of an investigation, federal agents executed a search warrant July 1st, and found evidence including a pill press in Summers’ Manchester office suite.
Authorities said he sold illegal drugs in March and April of his year.
