Manchester Man Faces Multiple Charges

A 41-year-old Manchester resident is facing multiple charges.

State troopers responded to the breakdown lane on I-93 north in Salem last Thursday for reports of shots fired.

There were no reported injuries.

Richard Cruz-Rodriguez is charged with reckless conduct, felonious use of a firearm and DWI.
