Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais Discusses Homelessness with GMNH and Jack Heath

Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais was on the Good Morning New Hampshire show this morning and told Jack Heath that the city plans to sell more than 20 surplus lots as a way of raising money to help create more housing for those who are homelessness.

Ruais is also calling for bail reform in the state’s largest city to make sure repeat criminal offenders are not out on the street to keep doing the same crimes that they have already been arrested for.
