Federal Funding for Nursing Programs in NH

Rivier University in Nashua is getting over $1-million-dollars in federal funding to support nursing programs in New Hampshire.

The money will finance pathway programs from academic training to clinical practice for nurses and increase the number of qualified nursing faculty.

The funding was announced Monday by the state’s congressional delegation.
