Manchester PD Investigating Shots Fired Incident

The Manchester Police Department is continuing its investigation into a shots fired incident in the city.

According to authorities, officers responded to the area of Lincoln Street between Cedar Street and Bruce Street Monday after receiving reports of gunfire.

They arrived at the scene to find several shell casings but no victims.
