Manchester Police Officer Acquitted in Abuse Case
A Manchester police officer arrested in connection with a domestic abuse case has been acquitted on all charges.
Thursday a jury found 29-year-old Michael MacNeilly not guilty of assaulting his wife.
The woman claimed MacNeilly slapped her and shoved her on a couch and also pushed her head against a wall.
MacNeilly denied those claims and said his wife was jealous of other women.
He’s been on paid administrative leave since being charged in April.
