Manchester Police Officer Still On Leave

A member of the Manchester Police Department remains on leave following cellphone video of an arrest.

That footage was recorded Wednesday after Officer Justin Ketcham responded to a domestic call on Bruce Road.

That call stated 57-year-old Gary Miller strangled his 88-year-old father and video shows Ketcham putting his foot on Miller’s back.

The state Attorney General’s Office is reviewing this case and Miller ended up being charged with multiple crimes.
