Manchester Woman Charged with 2nd Degree Murder

A 54-year-old woman is charged with 2nd degree murder in Manchester.
The Attorney General’s Office said Carrie Drake is accused in the stabbing death of 75-year-old Vernon Hayford Sunday morning.
It allegedly happened in an apartment on Chestnut Street.
Drake is also charged with being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
