Manchester Woman Sought for Endangering Welfare of Children

Manchester police have an arrest warrant for a 26-year-old woman for endangering the welfare of children.

Halie Drouin was gone before officers responding to a domestic violence call in January arrived.

They found Drouin’s 31-year-old husband and their two children living in what was described as deplorable conditions.

Police said there were trash covered floors, rotting food and open alcohol containers within reach of the children, cockroaches throughout the apartment and no electricity.
