Marine Patrol Unit Taking Part in Public Safety Campaign

State Police have announced that its Marine Patrol Unit will be taking part in an upcoming public safety campaign.

It’s called ‘Operation Dry Water’ and will run from July 4th through 6th.

Law enforcement will be out on the water to crack down on people who operate a boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Anyone found guilty of BUI can face fines, the loss of their driver’s license and jail time.
