Massachusetts Man Linked to Fatal Biker Crash in Brentwood Charged with Homicide

A Massachusetts man linked to last fall’s deadly vehicle crash near Seabrook’s Brook Casino is facing a negligent-homicide in Rockingham County.

Local court officials say 76-year-old Dennis Martin was behind the wheel early last November when he turned off Route 107 into the casino’s parking lot and collided with a motorcyclist.

The biker – Jeff Zajac – was declared dead at the scene.

His wife – who was on the bike with him – was hospitalized but recovered.

A court date in the case is pending.
