Massachusetts Resident Now Facing Negligent Homicide Charge

A Massachusetts resident is now facing a negligent homicide charge after a crash that happened in Sanbornton.

Officials say 33-year-old Casey Kirsch was driving on Interstate 93 Sunday when the vehicle he was operating went off the highway and ended up rolling over.

His passenger, 52-year-old John Hannah Junior, was ejected and killed.

Kirsch wasn’t seriously hurt.
