Merrimack Mother in Court After Reaching Plea Deal
A former Merrimack resident is expected to be in court Thursday after reaching a plea deal in connection with her son’s death.
Documents show Danielle Dauphinais will plead guilty to murder and witness tampering charges following the death of five-year-old Elijah Lewis in 2021.
Dauphinais will be ordered to serve a sentence of 55 years to life in prison.
Her trial was scheduled to start in just a few weeks.
