Merrimack Woman Pleads Guilty to Murdering Son

A 38-year-old Merrimack woman awaits sentencing after pleading guilty Thursday morning to murdering her five-year-old son.

Danielle Dauphinais faces 55 years to life in prison.

Elijah Lewis was reported missing in October 2021.

His body was found later that month buried in a state park in Abington, Massachusetts.

Dauphinais’ boyfriend at the time, Joseph Stapf, is in prison for manslaughter in connection with the boy’s death.
