Montgomery’s Murder Conviction Is Overturned

Adam Montgomery’s murder conviction for the death of his five-year-old daughter Harmony in 2019, has been overturned by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

He was convicted two-years ago of second-degree murder and second-degree assault.

The court overturned the murder conviction ruling that keeping the two charges together jeopardized Montgomery’s right to a fair trial.

The child’s body has never been found.
