Mystery of Submerged U-Haul Truck in Franklin Partially Solved

The mystery of an empty U-Haul truck found last week submerged in the Pemigewasset River in Franklin is partially solved.

The truck was apparently in the river for several years.

Channel 9 reported police said it was stolen from a furniture company in 2008.

What isn’t known is how it ended up in the river.
