Nashua Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Charges

A 39-year-old Nashua man will be sentenced in May on federal charges.

Joshua Smith pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said he was arrested in March of 2022 and indicted a few months later.

Smith faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced.
