New Casino May Open at Pheasant Lane Mall

According to CasinoUSA.com, a new gaming venue is hopefully coming to the Pheasant Lane Mall.

ECL Entertainment and Clairvest plan to open a gaming hall with historic horse racing machines.

The operator plans to dub the new facility ‘The Mint’ and has submitted plans to the city.

The city zoning laws allow for games of chance within the mall property.
