New Hampshire Dairy Cattle Being Tested For Flu

Plans are in the works to have dairy cattle across New Hampshire tested for bird flu.
The testing is part of the federal National Milk Test Strategy program and will be done at no cost for farm owners.
Milk samples that are collected will be sent to specific USDA locations and results will be available in a few days.
So far, bird flu has not been detected in any dairy cattle here, but it has been found in dairy products in other states.
