New Hampshire Files Lawsuit Against Popular Media Site TikTok

The popular social media site TikTok is now facing a lawsuit from New Hampshire.

State Attorney General John Formella says that TikTok is harmful to teenagers and kids and is also knowingly addictive.

Formella claims he’s not trying to get TikTok banned, he just wants the company to be more open about the risks it can pose and to change some of its features.

So far, TikTok hasn’t commented on this lawsuit.
