New Hampshire Film Festival in Portsmouth

The 21^st annual international film festival is returning to Portsmouth next month with about 10,000 people expected to attend.

Members of the Screen Actors Guild are still on strike for better pay and working conditions, and as a result organizers say they’ve had to be more creative this year.
