New Hampshire House Passes Bill Extending Last Call at Bars

New Hampshire House Passes Bill Extending Last Call at Bars
April 8, 2024

The state House of Representatives has passed a bill that would extend last call at bars to 2am.

Right now, establishments must stop serving alcohol to customers at 1am.

Supporters don’t believe this change would lead to an uptick in crime or other potential problems.

The measure must be approved by the full legislature before it goes to the desk of Governor Sununu.
