New Overdose Reversal Drug Available in New Hampshire

A brand-new drug that is aimed at reversing overdoses is now being made available in New Hampshire.

The drug is sold under the brand name Opvee and it’s designed to prevent people from overdosing on opioids such as fentanyl.

Data shows that more than 80% of fatal overdoses in the state last year involved fentanyl.

The Department of Health and Human Services has issued an order for pharmacies to dispense Opvee.
