Newly Released Beer Is Illegal In NH

A new beer from a Boston-based brewery will not be sold in New Hampshire because it is illegal.

Samuel Adams Utopia 2025, has 30-percent alcohol by volume.

State law prohibits beer alcohol by volume to be any higher that 12-percent.

\The beer is also illegal in 14 other states including Vermont.
