Granite Staters Heading to The Polls
Voters across New Hampshire are heading to the polls to cast their ballots in municipal elections for mayors, city council members and school boards.
Voters in nine cities will be electing mayors.
Six of the races, including Manchester’s, have contested mayoral elections.
“The rematch between Incumbent Mayor Joyce Craig and Former State Representative Victoria Sullivan could be tighter than many thought”, Lucas Meyer said to Jack Heath on ‘Good Morning NH’.
Incumbent mayors in Berlin and Dover are running unopposed. Portsmouth voters will elect a city council with the top vote-getter automatically becoming mayor.
Nashua does not have a mayoral election this year and people in Franklin and Lebanon previously elected mayors.
