A filing by special counsel John Durham with staggering implications has not generated much talk in the mainstream media.

The filing alleges Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid a technology company to establish an ‘inference’ the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia so he would win the election.
