NH Doctor Says Residents With J&J Vaccine Should Get The Booster

The Chief Medical Officer of Portsmouth Hospital says they are seeing unprecedented numbers in comparison to the previous wave.

“Vaccines have kept people less sick, most of the patients we are seeing are unvaccinated”, Dr. Tom Wold told Good Morning NH.

Wold says we have learned a lot down the line and many of the new medications in the testing stages nationally look promising.

“It is important to respect people this holiday, it makes sense to add extra precautions like masks”, Wold told Jack Heath.
