A bill to legalize personal possession of limited amounts of marijuana in New Hampshire for those over 21-years-old is headed to the Senate.
The House passed the bill yesterday on a 208-125 vote.
However, it reportedly faces strong opposition in the Senate which has killed similar bills in the past
