NH Lawmakers Support President’s Decision

New Hampshire political leaders are largely supporting the decision by President Biden that he will not seek a second term in the White House.

He has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for the nomination.

Democrat Maggie Hassan says she’s grateful for his work in the White House and that the focus can now move to defeating Trump this November.

Rep. Annie Kuster says Biden showed leadership by bowing out. She expressed her confidence in Harris leading the Democratic Party.
