NH Marijuana Bill Update

The New Hampshire House is not giving up on legalizing marijuana.

State representatives passed a bill yesterday afternoon that would remove most references to cannabis in statute besides approving the possession and use of marijuana for those over the age of 21.

The bill is now headed to the state Senate, where there is more opposition on the issue.

Gov. Kelly Ayotte has said she will not allow legalization on her watch.
