Starting today, more people who use C&J Bus Lines will need to pay for parking. The transit agency says it will cost riders four dollars to park their vehicles in lots located in both Portsmouth and Dover. This change is part of a 30-year lease with the state which is going to require the bus company to pay for the costs of maintenance and upkeep. There’s already paid parking at C&J’s lot in Seabrook.
