Granite State boat owners are now required to display a new decal. A bill was passed last spring that requires boaters to display a second decal indicating that they have paid all required fees. Registrants will receive two sets of decals that must be placed on the front sides of the boat. The policy stems from a Coast Guard audit that recommended a new way for boat fee collection.
