A woman has been arrested after being accused of stabbing her son in Nashua. Authorities say the incident happened yesterday during a domestic dispute at an address on Congress Street in the city. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. The names of the individuals involved haven’t been released.
No legislative sessions are scheduled for this week in Concord , but NH state lawmakers will still be busy. They’ll be taking part in committee meetings to hear testimony on some bills and wrap up recommendations on others. The Senate president decided to give her colleagues the week off and the House has the option of working during this week, which is when most public schools are on vacation. One hearing tomorrow will focus on potentially moving the state’s primary from September to June.
New Hampshire drivers are still finding consistent gas prices when it comes time to fuel up their vehicles. According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular gas right now is two-99. That’s the same as it was last week and is also just one penny more than what folks were paying at this time a month ago. Currently the national average for fuel is sitting at three-14.
