A man who shot his neighbor during a dispute over snowplowing will be spending time in prison. Yesterday a judge sentenced Jason Levesque to serve up to 20 years behind bars for injuring Kyle Violette outside of a home in Rochester last April. A jury convicted Levesque of assault back in March, and the judge criticized him for deciding to shoot Violette while his back was turned. Levesque will be eligible for parole in about seven years.

A recent Nashua High School North graduate is being identified as the victim of a drowning at Lake Winnipesaukee. State Police Marine Patrol responded Friday to a report of a person who jumped into the water in Gilford and never resurfaced. Witnesses say 17-year-old Ian Blake entered the water to retrieve a bag, and his body was recovered hours later. Blake received his diploma less than two weeks ago and a GoFundMe is set up to support his family.

The Federal Aviation Administration trying to figure out what led up to a gyrocopter crash in Keene. Authorities say the aircraft slammed into the ground yesterday just short of a runway at Keene Dillant-Hopkins Airport. The pilot was the only person onboard and was able to walk away from the accident site unharmed. One runway was closed down temporarily but is now back open.

A man is in the hospital after being pinned between a tractor-trailer and an 18-wheeler yesterday outside the Lindt Chocolate Factory in Stratham.  During the rescue, the man went into cardiac arrest, but was revived with CPR.  He remains in critical condition.
