NH State Police Cold Case Murder Investigation

Investigators are seeking help to solve a decades-old murder case in the City of Dover.

The body of 31-year-old Sheila Holmes was found April 13th, 1990, lying on the ground in front of a blue pickup truck near railroad tracks by Forest Street in Dover.

She had been strangled and suffered blunt force head trauma.
