NH Supreme Court Justice on Administrative Leave

It’s not known why Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi is on administrative leave with her responsibilities reassigned.
A court order dated last Thursday and signed by the four other high court justices said Marconi has been relieved of her judicial duties for 90 days.
Her husband, Gino Marconi, has been on administrative leave as director of the New Hampshire Port Authority since April, for unknown reasons.
