No Injuries Reported Following Lakes Region Quake
No injuries have been reported following an earthquake in the Lakes Region of the Granite State.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the epicenter of the 2.2 magnitude quake Wednesday night was located about three miles from Gilford.
Earlier this year, there was a 2.0 magnitude quake in Concord.
Earthquakes in New Hampshire do happen on occasion but often result in little to no major damage.
