No Testimony in Dover Murder Trial
No testimony was going to be heard Monday in the murder trial of Timothy Verrill.
The judge in the case says that decision was made due to a scheduling conflict.
The state rested its case against Verrill Friday.
He is accused of brutally killing Christine Sullivan and Jenna Pellegrini back in January 2017.
Verrill’s first trial was declared a mistrial after the prosecution didn’t provide key evidence to his legal team.
