Northwood Woman Arrested on Animal Cruelty Charges

A Northwood woman is in custody on over a dozen animal cruelty and neglect charges.

A warrant was issued for Robbin Kline’s arrest after a search warrant of her Upper Deerfield Road property last month.

Officers found over 60 animals with conditions that showed ‘extreme neglect.’

The animals included dogs, cats, rabbits, donkeys, goats, and a horse, among others.

Kline turned herself in on September 5th.
