One Dead After Crash in Derry

At least one person is dead following Friday’s early evening vehicle crash in Derry.

Local police say it happened shortly after dusk on Old Chester Road. The victim’s identity was not released.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash reportedly prompted officers to temporarily close the road.

Cause is under investigation.
