Opening Statements in Montgomery Trial in Manchester

Opening statements were presented Thursday morning followed by the beginning of testimony in the trial of 34-year-old Adam Montgomery who is accused of killing his 5-year-old daughter Harmony in 2019.

He faces second-degree murder and other charges including abuse of a corpse.

Montgomery was not in court when the proceedings began.

On Wednesday the jury was taken to see places connected to the case.
